About the Lake-Lehman School District
Lake-Lehman is a small district spread over a large area, roughly 136 square miles of lakes, farms and woods. Three neighborhood elementary schools keep the youngest students close to home: Lake-Noxen Elementary, Lehman-Jackson Elementary and Ross Elementary, each serving kindergarten through grade 6. Everyone then comes together at Lake-Lehman Junior/Senior High School on Old Route 115 in Lehman Township for grades 7 to 12, where most classes have 30 or fewer students. The Black Knights have won state titles in field hockey and individual wrestling. District offices are at 1237 Market Street, Lehman, PA 18627; the website is llsd.org.

- Harveys Lake Borough: year-round homes and cottages around Pennsylvania’s largest natural lake by volume, with Route 415 circling the shore.
- Lehman Township: the villages of Lehman, Huntsville and Meeker, farmland and forest, and Penn State Wilkes-Barre’s campus.
- Jackson Township: Chase and Huntsville, on the slopes of Larksville Mountain.
- Lake and Ross Townships: Pikes Creek, Sweet Valley and Bloomingdale, larger parcels, and the eastern section of Ricketts Glen State Park.
Dallas Borough, Dallas Township, Kingston Township and Franklin Township are in the neighboring Dallas School District. Because the two districts meet in the middle of the Back Mountain, we confirm the district on every listing.
