This Cookie Policy explains how Button Real Estate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on buttonre.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.
What Are Cookies?

We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies. Required for the Site to work. They support features such as the property search, saved searches and listing favorites, form submission, spam protection, and, for our staff, the WordPress login. The Site cannot function properly without them.
- Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors view, how they arrive at the Site, and how they move through it. This information is aggregated and helps us improve the Site. Google’s use of this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Functional cookies. Remember choices you make, such as settings chosen in the accessibility widget, so that you do not have to make them again on every page.
- Security cookies. Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact and inquiry forms from automated abuse and sets cookies to do so.
Cookies Set by Third Parties
Some cookies on the Site are set by services we embed rather than by us. These currently include Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps (on pages that display a map), the FlexMLS IDX property search, and the UserWay accessibility widget. Each provider controls its own cookies and is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies, and we do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels on the Site.
Your Choices

Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site, such as the property search or contact forms, from working. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for how sites should respond, the Site does not currently change its behavior in response to these signals.
